Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LMFT, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and relational dynamics, developing customized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations, ensuring the safety, stability, and emotional well-being of clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment and effective case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will mainly involve dynamic family systems and individual clients facing issues such as relationship conflicts, emotional distress, parenting challenges, and general life adjustments. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
