Work Environment

This position is strictly onsite at our fully equipped rehabilitation facility, where you will benefit from a supportive and collaborative environment. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a predictable work schedule that enables you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. As part of our team, you will have access to advanced therapeutic tools and technologies, ensuring you can provide the best possible care for your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, identifying goals and requirements to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Administer effective physical therapies aimed at enhancing clients' range of motion and mobility while prioritizing cost-effectiveness.
• Encourage the use of non-surgical treatment alternatives, minimizing reliance on medications when appropriate.
• Motivate and empower patients through their therapy sessions, fostering a collaborative approach to rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and treatment protocols accurately, using EMR software like WebPT for efficient record management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to each patient's care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and post-surgical patients. You will have the opportunity to assist patients at various stages of rehabilitation, helping them regain functionality and independence through tailored exercise programs and wellness strategies focused on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is essential; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree (MPT or DPT) are strongly preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• An impeccable record with no board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience with EMR software for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on active patient feedback and assessment results.
• A strong background in utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both your career and personal needs.
