Work Environment

This position entails working remotely from the comfort of your own home, with a focus on collaborating with our multidisciplinary team via virtual platforms. Our work setting allows for flexible scheduling, with typical work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasionally, you may be required to work evenings or weekends to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the emotional, mental, and social needs of clients, particularly seniors and their families.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on specific goals and addressing unique challenges.
• Provide valuable counseling and emotional support, helping clients navigate significant life transitions and personal challenges.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, facilitating access to community resources and vital services.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams comprising healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Visit clients regularly to monitor their well-being, assess their home environments, and address any safety concerns.
• Facilitate family communication and conflict resolution, ensuring that families feel supported during caregiving challenges.
• Educate clients and their caregivers about available resources, support groups, and programs to enrich their social engagement and improve their quality of life.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Stay informed about best practices in social work and adhere to ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role is primarily on seniors and their families within the context of mental health support. Our clients face varying challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, necessitating tailored interventions. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in social work, preferably within a community center or geriatric setting.
• Extensive understanding of social work principles, particularly those related to aging issues and available community resources.
• Outstanding assessment, counseling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Empathetic, compassionate nature, with an ability to connect with seniors and their families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in geriatric care, community outreach, or mental health advocacy will have an advantage. Familiarity with local healthcare resources and support services in Vancouver, Washington, is also preferred, as it can enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
