Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote framework, providing flexibility in your daily operations while being part of a collaborative team environment. Working hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments that capture the cultural and individual experiences of each client, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to reflect the diverse backgrounds of patients, ensuring that care is both effective and relevant.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, fostering improvement in resilience and well-being.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and coordinate treatment plans effectively.

• Providing crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your skills to maintain patient safety and facilitate immediate care.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and accessing community resources, enhancing their understanding and involvement in care.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participating in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and continuously engage in cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

• Staying updated on the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices relevant to culturally informed mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and the ability to employ evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy sessions with a culturally responsive approach.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging circumstances.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications to maintain patient records efficiently.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practices, compliance with confidentiality, and an understanding of professional boundaries.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n
