Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your comprehensive training and experience to independently conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses for students struggling with mental health challenges.

• Work closely with students and their families to create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans that directly address their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused therapies and motivational interviewing techniques, to facilitate progress and achieve desired outcomes.

• Maintain regular communication and coordination with educational staff, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.

• Track patient responses to treatment effectively, using both in-person (when applicable) and virtual monitoring to assess progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Support and monitor psychotropic medication management as needed, prioritizing adherence and addressing side effects while collaborating with medical providers.

The LCSW will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
