This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide high-quality mental health care without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on the needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' experiences and needs, guiding the design of effective treatment plans.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment strategies focused on promoting resilience and recovery from trauma.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrated care for each patient.
