Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that accommodates a variety of schedules. Although most responsibilities will be conducted during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), occasional evening shifts may be necessary to meet the needs of our patients. We utilize a user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline documentation and communication, ensuring our therapists are supported and efficient in their roles.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments for individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment to identify their specific needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on individuals grappling with substance use disorders who seek support through our telehealth platform. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• Comprehensive knowledge of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, especially within addiction treatment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
