Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health to gain insights into their conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools to formulate clinical diagnoses accurately.

• Develop personalized treatment plans through evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, tailored to meet individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to manage high-risk situations effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to clients' evolving needs.

• Empower clients and their families by educating them about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that may enhance their coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
