Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering high-quality care. You will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostics for new clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to individual and group needs.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering an environment where clients can share their experiences and learn coping strategies together.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that considers all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment processes, ensuring they are informed and empowered to make decisions about their care.

• Maintain detailed and secure documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will utilize culturally competent practices to ensure that each client's individual background, identity, and experiences are respected and integrated into their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities, along with the ability to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience delivering effective individual and group therapy to a range of client demographics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
