Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services—be it individual, group, or family therapy—utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), ensuring that methods align with your clients' preferences and needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, helping to stabilize their situations and connect them with necessary resources.

• Maintain confidential and precise client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure holistic support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
