Operations Assistant

Our client, a large global law firm, is looking for a new contract Facilities/Operations Assistant on a long-term contract basis! This employee will be fully on-site Monday-Friday 10am-6pm ET in their downtown Miami office. Great meal amenities while on site.
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for helping to maintain the upkeep and maintenance of office premises, furniture, and equipment to continue to deliver excellent quality service to clients and staff. They will also assist with other administrative, events, and guest services tasks as needed. This role also has the possibility of becoming full time after contract

Maintain office premises, furniture, artwork, and equipme
Monitor and report light bulb replacement request and notify Operations Manager for needs of outside repair services
Conduct routine inspections after repairs
Assist with maintenance of artwork and furniture inventory
Assist with preparing offices for arrivals and departur es
Provide superior customer service to staff and visitors
Support daily activities across food services/catering, safety and security, guest services, etc.
Provide administrative assistance as need

Ability to lift 30lbs+ and help coordinate and move office furniture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
