Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Lead initial assessments that identify patient strengths, challenges, and the most appropriate course of action, ensuring timely intervention.

• Collaborate with colleagues through ongoing communication and documentation of treatment plans during interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Demonstrate expertise in addressing the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients, making adjustments to care as situations evolve.

• Provide case management by consulting with inpatient and outpatient community resources to ensure holistic care for patients.
\n
• Maintain impeccable records, complete documentation ethically and promptly, and uphold the highest standards set forth by the department.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in your sessions to enhance the recovery process of patients.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will work with patients facing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of verifiable clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
