Work Environment

As an ENT Physician Assistant, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art hospital facility. The full-time role involves roughly 40 hours per week, typically within the hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of patients presenting with ENT-related issues.
• Diagnosing medical conditions and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies and lab work, to inform treatment decisions.
• Providing education and counseling to patients and their families about treatment protocols, preventative care, and recovery processes.
• Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
• Staying current with advancements in ENT healthcare and participating in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes children and adults with various ENT conditions, such as allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, and throat disorders. Understanding the unique needs of different age groups and tailoring your approach to meet these needs is essential in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effectively engaging with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
