Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with chronic pain, meticulously reviewing medical histories, performing detailed physical examinations, and assessing pain levels using evidence-based practices.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with our physicians and specialists to formulate personalized pain management plans, employing a variety of treatment modalities including medication management, physical therapy referrals, and interventional procedures.
• Patient Education: Empower patients by educating them about their conditions, available treatments, and self-management techniques to encourage active participation in their care journey.
• Procedural Assistance: Participate in a range of pain management procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections, with an emphasis on ensuring patient comfort and safety during these interventions.
• Follow-up Care: Continuously monitor patient progress, make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and counseling to address evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients dealing with various chronic pain conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal disorders, neuropathic pain, and post-surgical pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a similar accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
