Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to identified needs, integrating evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Manage administrative tasks, including billing, documentation, and completion of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, adhering to strict time frames.
\n
• Develop crisis plans and safety plans when necessary, alongside wellness and relapse prevention plans to assist clients in achieving stable functioning.
\n
• Create detailed discharge plans, ensuring that clients have the resources they need as they transition out of active therapy.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all current federal and state laws and regulations, as well as adhering to Tenet Mental Healthcare policies and procedures.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities through training and education to sustain and enhance clinical expertise.
\n
• Engage in case consultation and regular agency meetings to foster collaboration and share insights within the team.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training as required by state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services primarily to a diverse outpatient population in Lowell, Massachusetts. Our clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will focus on offering the appropriate therapeutic interventions that resonate with each client's unique situation, cultural background, and personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred, particularly in providing therapy to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and insurance billing processes is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on licensure and experience. Additional benefits include:
