Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that factor in developmental stages, family dynamics, and specific mental health diagnoses.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within individual and family therapy sessions; ensuring parents are engaged and supported through family therapy

• Coordinate closely with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to create a seamless care experience for young individuals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, guiding families through distressing situations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to foster understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems for accuracy.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.

This position is primarily focused on children and adolescents, requiring a therapist who can relate to and understand the unique challenges faced by this demographic. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
