Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will participate in a flexible work environment that encourages productivity while catering to the personal commitments of our team members. While we primarily operate from a virtual setting, regular video consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities will be facilitated to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your standard work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as patient needs arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to identify their unique needs.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that encompass developmental considerations and family dynamics, regularly adjusting them based on ongoing assessments of patient progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at equipping parents and caregivers with strategies to support their children's mental health journey.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to guarantee comprehensive and synchronized care for each patient.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services during urgent mental health situations, ensuring timely support and resources are provided.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
\n
• Maintain compliant and secure documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing team meetings and case consultations to contribute your insights and stay updated on best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.

• Commit to lifelong learning by staying informed on advancements in the field and participating in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, as well as their families. You will provide a safe and supportive environment where young patients can openly discuss their emotions, challenges, and aspirations. You will address complex issues, such as trauma, developmental disorders, and emotional distress, guiding them towards recovery and improved mental resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, committed to employing a compassionate and child-centered approach in therapy.

• Ability to build rapport and foster trusting relationships with patients and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and common software applications, enhancing your organizational efficiency.

• A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting family therapy sessions or working in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, along with performance bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus.
