In this fully remote role, you will provide individualized, high-quality counseling services to a diverse client base, focusing on stable and low-acuity adults. Work Environment

This position is designed for those who thrive in a remote work environment. As a full-time counselor, you will have the flexibility to work more than 30 hours per week, or part-time for over 5 hours per week, tailoring your schedule to fit your lifestyle while meeting the needs of your clients. Our platform facilitates video counseling sessions, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home, fostering a therapeutic environment that promotes openness and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, creating a supportive space for clients to share their experiences.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Guide clients in developing practical skills for coping, problem-solving, and effective communication, enabling them to deal with everyday challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies appropriate for low-acuity cases, ensuring that each session focuses on empowering clients.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans while keeping paperwork to a minimum through our user-friendly counseling platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a population of stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support in various aspects of their mental health. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current and valid state license as either an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or a doctoral-level licensed psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently, without supervision.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficient interpersonal skills with a strong command of computer literacy for effective telehealth delivery.
• Reliable, stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in providing teletherapy or digital counseling services, enabling them to adapt quickly to our telehealth model. Familiarity with tools and technologies used in mental health counseling, as well as a proven ability to engage clients in a virtual setting, are highly desirable. Additionally, any prior experience working with low-acuity populations will be advantageous in this role.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, dependent on the number of hours worked and experience.
