Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct cognitive behavioral therapy with individuals, families, or groups, adapting interventions to suit various client needs and settings.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations by assessing the urgency of patient needs; provide immediate care and facilitate access to necessary resources.

• Deliver training and education on pertinent clinical topics to team members, enhancing the overall knowledge base and skill level of staff.

• Perform assessments to determine initial treatment needs, conduct comprehensive intake sessions, and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments for new clients.

• Utilize the DSM V standards to formulate mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Apply various therapeutic models, such as behavior modification and brief therapy, in counseling sessions to support client engagement and progress.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring the provision of high-quality care.

• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system care plans, fostering integrated support for clients facing complex challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will significantly impact a diverse client base, including individuals facing mental health challenges often influenced by socioeconomic factors. You will work with a predominant population of mothers and families, thereby playing a crucial role in promoting mental wellness in an often underserved demographic. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or related fields, obtained from an accredited program.
