Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and valid professional license in the state of Texas, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, permitting independent practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical psychotherapy to adults and adolescents.

• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments, formulating treatment plans, and utilizing effective therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills for creating clear and comprehensive documentation.

• A clean disciplinary record with no sanctions or complaints lodged against your license in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience in school-based mental health programs will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities beyond CBT will also be beneficial.
