Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must be fully licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Proven ability to develop individualized treatment plans, deliver effective therapy, and adapt to client needs.

• Strong virtual communication skills to foster trust, rapport, and promote active engagement with clients.

• Familiarity with online therapeutic tools and telehealth platforms is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred. Experience working with a diverse population, as well as familiarity with specific therapeutic methodologies or assessments, will set you apart as a leading candidate for this role.
