This full-time, remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with our outpatient clients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing flexible scheduling options to help you maintain a work-life balance. We handle the administrative burdens such as in-house credentialing and insurance management, allowing you to focus entirely on providing quality therapeutic services once you join our team.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for a wide range of therapeutic duties, including:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs.

• Engaging in thoughtful and effective triage of care based on assessment outcomes and establishing appropriate treatment paths.

• Communicating effectively with fellow staff members about assessments, treatment modalities, and clients’ interdisciplinary care through systematic documentation and patient rounds.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients achieve their individualized service plans.

• Providing case management services by coordinating with both hospital and community professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for patients.

• Maintaining ethical standards in timely documentation and compliance with departmental expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds, experiencing a range of mental health issues. Your compassionate approach will be critical in addressing their psychological, social, and safety needs. You will also support families by involving them in treatment plans when applicable, guiding them through the therapeutic process alongside the individual. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A willingness to work flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, accommodating client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of clinical experience, candidates with extensive exposure to CBT and other innovative therapeutic techniques are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with outpatient mental health services is highly desirable.
