Work Environment

The work environment in our outpatient facility is dynamic and patient-oriented. Operating onsite, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care. Your typical work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available either from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. This structure supports a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to focus on patient care while also taking care of your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's condition to develop detailed and personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as active and passive exercises, muscle re-education strategies, and functional training to enhance patient mobility and strength.
• Provide educational guidance to patients and their families about the therapist's findings and the subsequent treatment plans, ensuring that they are fully informed and engaged in the rehabilitation process.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including massage and stretching, to address specific musculoskeletal concerns and promote healing.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active State Physical Therapy license is essential to practice.
• At least one year of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, giving you exposure to a range of patients and complex cases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively within the team.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with familiarity in various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or those holding board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

• Familiarity with using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient tracking will also be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
