Work Environment

This position is based onsite, where you will work directly with patients in our dedicated outpatient clinic facility. Our supportive team environment encourages professional growth and collaboration, allowing you to consult with other health professionals and continuously refine your treatment methodologies. You will typically see 2-3 patients per hour, providing ample opportunity for meaningful interaction and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address patients' health goals and needs through comprehensive assessments and personalized care plans.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques tailored to individual patients, focusing on restoring movement and improving mobility.
• Engage in manual therapy and exercise interventions, utilizing your strong skills in these essential treatment modalities.
• Document patient care services accurately and efficiently using EMR Software such as WebPT for seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and motivation to patients, fostering a proactive approach to their health and wellness journey.
• Promote lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination among our clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist License, with no board or disciplinary actions against it.
• A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or willingness to obtain one prior to starting employment.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with EMR systems to streamline patient documentation and clinical workflow.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, paid holidays, and opportunities for continuing education.
