Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Enigma Movement Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from various conditions, including surgeries, injuries, and debilitating illnesses, within their home settings.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize a range of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to address patient pain and mobility issues.
• Tracking and documenting patient treatments and progress, ensuring that all records reflect the latest therapeutic interventions and patient responses.
• Regularly reassessing patients' progress, adjusting therapeutic goals, and modifying treatment plans as necessary to maximize functional outcomes.
• Providing education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on the use of assistive devices and effective physical therapy practices.
• Staying updated with the latest industry practices, technologies, and educational opportunities to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
