This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather data on the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans, aligning therapeutic goals with client preferences and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored for mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment options, and healthy self-care practices.

• Track and evaluate client progress throughout the duration of therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic principles, with the ability to engage clients using evidence-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
