Work Environment

You will work onsite at our modern outpatient office, which is located in a vibrant community of Clifton, New Jersey. The facility is designed to ensure optimal patient comfort and support. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while providing consistent, quality healthcare to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' objectives, requirements, and conditions within a clinical setting.
• Create customized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique capabilities and goals, focusing on effective rehabilitation techniques.
• Efficiently manage a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring effective treatment delivery and optimal patient engagement.
• Provide cost-effective therapy interventions utilizing advanced treatment modalities to improve clients' mobility and functionality.
• Regularly collaborate and consult with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information according to regulatory standards and best practices.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients of varied ages and backgrounds, tailoring your approach to address their specific needs and preferences. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in delivering physical therapy services, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
