Work Environment

This onsite role provides you with the opportunity to work within a dynamic rehabilitation center, collaborating closely with a team of health professionals. Your contributions directly impact the well-being of our patients, making this a rewarding work environment where every effort counts towards their recovery and success. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced approach to work and life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish baselines and track patient progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to enhance patient mobility, including but not limited to manual therapy techniques.

• Manage a patient load of 2-3 patients per hour, providing high-quality and focused care tailored to their rehabilitation requirements.

• Encourage and inspire patients by designing tailored fitness and wellness programs that suit their lifestyle and rehabilitation needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and integrate therapies seamlessly.

• Analyze and document patient treatment results to track progress, modifying care plans as necessary.

• Reduce reliance on surgical interventions by offering effective non-invasive treatment options and educating patients on their wellness journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including athletes, active individuals, and patients recovering from various injuries or surgeries. By focusing on outpatient orthopedic care, you will work with patients to enhance their mobility and support their return to an active lifestyle, thereby greatly influencing their recovery processes and overall physical health.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• A valid state Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy skills.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly valued.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing effective patient treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

Horizons Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
