Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, explaining evaluation findings and incorporating their input in goal-setting.
• Implement treatment protocols using a variety of modalities including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for injury prevention and self-management for conditions such as chronic pain and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes clearly and consistently in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
