Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Basic computer skills essential for managing patient records and utilizing therapy reporting software.

While no prior job-specific experience is mandatory, familiarity with outpatient physical therapy practices is beneficial.
