Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system effectively to manage patient data, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining organized records throughout the patient care process.
• Prescribe medications, including precise dosage, routes, and frequencies, tailored to each patient’s unique medical history and current health status.
• Order, perform, and analyze diagnostic tests such as complete blood counts (CBC), electrocardiograms (EKGs), and radiographs, interpreting results to form comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by analyzing their history, symptoms, and clinical findings to establish accurate diagnoses and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement dynamic treatment plans grounded in scientific evidence, clinical guidelines, and best practices within the nursing profession, striving for optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted nurse practitioner license to practice in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits
