Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload by establishing a rapport with clients, guiding them through therapeutic processes while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and determine appropriate timing for discharge when warranted.

• Design, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans by collaborating closely with clients to address their unique mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments that holistically evaluate patients and their mental health history.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, offering tailored support focused on the clients' specific situations.

• Document each client interaction diligently, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes.

• Attend individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and enhance professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers involved in the clients' care, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a counselor in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client interaction, including software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience providing direct therapy services to individuals and families, with the ability to relate effectively to diverse populations.
\n
• Comfortable with completing intake assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling modalities.

• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic techniques or areas of mental health would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
