Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify a client’s social, emotional, and environmental challenges, enabling tailored support.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that set achievable goals, outline interventions, and include progress evaluations.
• Deliver compassionate counseling and support to individuals and families facing various life challenges, from mental health crises to socio-economic hardships.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to connect them with necessary community resources and social services.
• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required.
• Engage proactively with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, ensuring comprehensive advocacy for clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
