Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Collaborating with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and consistently monitoring their progress while adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offering teletherapy options to ensure accessibility, supporting clients who may face physical, geographical, or psychological barriers to in-person care.

• Meticulously maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and peer supervision, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting a diverse clientele with various mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Our clients are individuals seeking empowerment and guidance to navigate their mental health journeys. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to facilitate healing and growth in a format that best suits their needs, whether in person at our facility or virtually through teletherapy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.
\n
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary package ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for licensed clinicians joining our team.
