This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some flexibility depending on the needs of our patients, providing a high degree of work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower patients and enhance their coping skills.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, prioritizing patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and foster autonomy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient progress in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
