Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide personalized therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, tailored specifically to client needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support methods for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization in high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, compliant with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, streamlining communication for holistic client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, effectively advocating for clients' rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist – LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW within the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, alongside a sign-on bonus.
