Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

You will primarily work with a diverse range of stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance for various mental health issues. Our referral system aligns clients with therapists based on specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring optimal matching and engagement.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing empathetic care.
