Work Environment

This position is located in our outpatient office in Clearwater, Florida, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists and administrative staff. The clinic operates primarily during weekdays, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients, assessing history and presenting injuries to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their active participation in the rehabilitation process.
• Implement treatment protocols and adjust therapeutic exercises based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to share insights and update the care plan as required.
• Document all patient care activities meticulously, adhering to compliance requirements while ensuring clear communication through clinical notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintain effective time management and uphold productivity standards, ensuring timely scheduling and attendance at team meetings.
• Engage in marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the Clearwater community.
• Participate in professional development activities and serve as a clinical instructor for students and interns when applicable.
• Support initiatives to improve patient access to care, contributing to the removal of barriers affecting the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
