Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all records are submitted within 48 hours of client interactions to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Providing emergency support as required, following the after-hours on-call schedule to assist clients in crisis situations effectively.
\n
• Participating actively in scheduled programmatic meetings, including clinical supervision and staff meetings, to promote collaborative and ongoing professional development.
\n
• Executing other clinical tasks as assigned, contributing to team goals and client care strategies.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to clients addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Coordinating with inter-agency program providers to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to each client’s treatment plan.
\n
• Preparing and managing discharge summaries to facilitate smooth transitions and appropriate follow-up care.
\n
• Providing therapy to clients using individual, family, or group modalities aimed at fostering client growth and recovery.
\n
• Making relevant referrals and collaborating with external referral sources, keeping them informed about client progress and needs.
\n
• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse mix of populations, primarily focusing on adults and adolescents. This variety allows you to apply your expertise to different age groups and their unique challenges, while also enabling you to expand your skill set in various therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an active mental health license in Washington State as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• Hold a Master’s Degree in a human services-related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health concepts and ethics.

• Be familiar with or willing to be trained on electronic medical record (EMR) systems to manage client data efficiently and securely.

Preferred Experience\n
