Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address needs, and determine discharge readiness.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain accurate and current documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to guide treatment planning.

• Participate in individual supervision to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work at Conscious Growths Therapy Center will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least one year of experience providing direct clinical services in an outpatient setting is necessary.

• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with relevant software tools such as Excel, RMS systems, email platforms, and practice management software (e.g., PIMSY).
