Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing emotional support to clients and their families.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific psychological and social challenges.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy within a hospice setting to help clients cope with grief, loss, and anticipatory bereavement.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical standards and privacy regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a transdisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and care coordinators, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
