This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling tailored to your personal needs and the needs of your clients. As a member of our team, you will utilize telehealth technologies to engage with clients from the comfort of your home or other suitable settings. While flexibility is central to our operations, there may be occasional evening or weekend hours required to ensure accessibility for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your extensive knowledge and skills to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering vital information to diagnose and develop tailored treatment strategies for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, adapting your approach to meet clients’ unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include physicians, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to create an integrated care plan that prioritizes clients’ overall well-being.

• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients’ progress towards their treatment goals, employing both remote and in-person interactions as necessary.

• Assist clients in managing their medication regimens by providing educational resources, monitoring adherence, and addressing any side effects or concerns related to psychotropic medications.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
