Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective treatment to clients in various settings.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to help clients understand their mental health and foster a supportive community environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
