Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, establishing a clear understanding of clients’ mental health concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals to offer holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s needs are addressed through an integrated care approach.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
