Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients dealing with chronic pain, ensuring each plan incorporates both traditional and innovative therapies.
• Implement and oversee cutting-edge opioid alternatives in pain management, providing patients with effective treatment options while prioritizing safety and health.
• Lead in the coordination and management of comprehensive evaluations for patients, utilizing multidisciplinary approaches to effectively address their chronic pain conditions.
• Engage in monthly performance reviews with the team to discuss treatment outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage your own patient panel, allowing for the development of long-term patient relationships while navigating complex cases.
• Participate in ongoing training and fellowship programs designed to deepen understanding of pain management methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position serves primarily rural communities within a two-hour radius of Dallas, Texas, where access to specialized care can be limited. As a Nurse Practitioner at Peak Spine and Pain Center, you will engage with an underserved population, allowing you to make significant contributions to their well-being by providing compassionate and expert care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner Studies and be Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Passion for serving the rural population with an understanding of the unique challenges they face in accessing quality healthcare.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery, or family medicine is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans for chronic pain management.

Compensation and Benefits
