Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, which involve gathering comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations, along with interpreting diagnostic tests to formulate appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with the supervising physician to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Execute a range of procedural interventions, including joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks under the guidance of a supervising physician.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment protocols as needed to enhance outcomes and ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients on effective pain management strategies, the use of medications, and lifestyle changes that can contribute to their overall health and well-being.
• Work closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, psychologists, and pain management specialists, to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patients' health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily provide care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions, which may include musculoskeletal disorders, neuropathic pain, or post-surgical pain management. Our diverse patient population requires a tailored and sensitive approach, emphasizing empathetic communication and support as you guide them through their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Current state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dedicated healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
