Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and co-create treatment goals that reflect their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on meaningful therapeutic outcomes, adapting approaches as required to cater to evolving client needs.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based, client-centered techniques, ensuring that services resonate with the client’s life context.

• Address urgent mental health situations with professionalism and urgency, utilizing de-escalation strategies and crisis management techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy are preferred.

• Demonstrable ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Exhibit a compassionate, client-centered approach towards therapy, focusing on the unique needs of each individual.

• Strong organizational skills for managing case documentation while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in community health or a similar context.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and conducting therapy in a virtual environment.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Compensation and Benefits\n
