Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive preliminary interviews and assessments to document each client’s mental, emotional, and behavioral health history.

• Evaluate clients’ needs and strengths to develop individualized treatment and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Lead engaging individual therapy sessions and group therapy interventions that promote healing and personal growth.
\n
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to create holistic intervention plans.

• Follow up on hospital admissions and coordinate care strategies with medical staff to ensure comprehensive support.
\n
• Identifying potential barriers to recovery and implementing strategies to mitigate these challenges.

• Provide support and guidance to family members and caregivers dealing with mental health-related challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with patients from different backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences and tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Successful completion of necessary examinations (NCE and/or NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, offering knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, with experience in using AVATAR preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, which may include a sign-on bonus.
