Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Effectively manage therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing empathetic guidance and support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, regularly contributing to care meetings and sharing insights.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, demonstrating a strong background in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
