Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your own home while staying connected with our collaborative team. Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to support virtual interactions, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and clients. You will have a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, challenges, and needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that cover topics related to prevalent mental health issues, helping to cultivate a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care across various treatment modalities.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring patients feel secure and informed throughout the process.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster professional development and enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in providing therapy to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

• Strong ethical judgment, professionalism, and adherence to patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
